Free Local Delivery

Delivery is free within a 25 mile radius of Sandhurst, Berkshire. Delivery to locations elsewhere will incur a small fee. Fee on application.

Chair Covers

A non-returnable deposit of 50% of total is required to secure the order, (deductible from the total), and payment in full is necessary 14 days before the event. This price includes delivery, set-up and collection from the venue. Delivery will not take place if full payment has not been received on the specified date.

A returnable deposit is required per chair cover and sash, meeting Brevais Weddings' standard minimum holding deposit amount. In the event of a cover/sash being lost or damaged, the full replacement cost per chair cover and/or sash will be deducted from the deposit. Please see your quote for full details on amounts required.

This must be paid with a separate cheque, which will be returned or torn up on recovery of covers/sashes as stated above.

Terms and Conditions

All hired material remains the property of Brevais Weddings.

During the period of hire, the hirer is solely responsible for the hired goods and the hirer shall at all times be responsible for insuring the materials from the time of acceptance of the materials until the time they are returned.

Brevais Weddings must be informed immediately of any extension of the delivery period and the hirer will be charged accordingly. The hire shall be deemed to continue until the goods are made available for collection. The period of hire is for one full day and night, unless otherwise requested. Collection will be at approximately 8am the morning following the event.

Brevais Weddings shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of any materials under hire.

When the materials on hire are either delivered or collected, the hirer/venue will inspect the goods and sign a delivery note. Any person, not the hirer who signs the delivery/collection note is deemed to be authorised to do so.

Brevais Weddings must be informed immediately of any extension of the delivery period and the hirer will be charged accordingly. The hire shall be deemed to continue until the goods are made available for collection.

We will make every effort to collect the goods at the time specified by Brevais Weddings or requested by the venue. It is the hirerís responsibility to ensure that the goods are kept dry and in a secure place until collected.

Goods will only be counted on site at the specific request of the hirer to our office in advance. A named representative must be present to check the goods upon collection and countersign the collection note. Failing this, all items will be counted upon return to our premises and our decision as to loss or damage will be final.
